Engrade Program

Engrade is a program that Universal School is using to help parents/guardians to monitor their children's information such as grades, teacher/parent communication, progress reports, attendance, and behavior records among other things via the Internet.

Please follow the steps to create an account for your child:

New Parents/Students
Sign-Up steps

1. Go to www.engrade.com
2. Click on Sign-Up it is free
3. Click on Sign Up for a Student or Parent Account
4. Type the access code in the box.

When you open an account to log in, you may type the following to access all of your child's courses:

All students were assigned an access code last year; please refer to that same number for each child.

Students entering Middle school and new students are assigned a new number.

Please be aware that in order to communicate with your child's teachers through the Engrade system, you must type the name and grade of the student in the subject box area. Furthermore, click on the Discipline Record of your child's class and go to “CITIZENSHIP” to check any information related to the Dean's office.

We want to emphasize that all the information pertaining to your child is strictly confidential.

If you share this access code with anyone outside your family, you will be sharing confidential academic and behavior records of your child and any correspondence between you and your child's teacher/administration personnel.
