Registration and tuition information
2011-2012
• Registration is open to all students as of June 27, 2011.
• Students' seats can only be held upon payment of registration, book fees, and supply fees.
• No student will register until full payment of previous year fees and tuition is completed.
• A late payment fee of $25 will be assessed on every late payment or returned checks.
• School records and report cards will be held for nonpayment except as mandated by law.
• Students will not be allowed in class for nonpayment at certain dates, within the school year according to school policy.
Payments of tuition fee can be:
1. Paid in full
2. In three payments: 1/3 by August 10th, 2011, 1/3 by November 10th, 2011, and the last 1/3 by February 10th, 2012
3. In four payments: ¼ by August 10th, 2011, ¼ by November 10th, 2011, ¼ by February 10th, 2012, and the last ¼ by April 10th, 2012.
4. In monthly payments due the 10th of each month with the last payment due by May 10th, 2012.
5. Smart Tuition will collect the tuition.
Registration fee for New Students: $250.00 Non-refundable
Registration fee for Current Students: $50.00 Non-refundable

Discount Policy: One discount per child only
$100.00 for enrollment with Full payment by 7/29/11
$200.00 for second child in the family
$300.00 for the third child
$400.00 for the fourth child or more
$250.00 (Registration Fee waiver) for new students attending Open House on 4/24/10
50% discount High School transfer students with a G.P.A. (Grade Point Average) of 3.75 or higher on a 4.0 scale.
$40.00 per returning student registering after the scheduled date and until June 10th
$80.00 per returning student registering from June 13th through July 15th
$120.00 per returning student registering from June 18th until August 19th
$160.00 for returning students that registers on or after .
The board has adopted the following table of annual (or fund raising) fair share according to the level of the family income:
• Family with annual income of $50,000 or less => 0% of children's tuition
• Family with annual income of $50,001 - $75,000 => 10% of children's tuition
• Family with annual income of $75,001 - $100,000 => 20% of children's tuition
• Family with annual income of $100,001 - $125,000 => 30% of children's tuition
• Family with annual income of $125,001 or more => 40% of children's tuition
