Mrs. Dalila Benameur
Ms. Benameur joined Universal School in 1996 as a full-time History teacher. She is currently the Academic Counselor and continues to chair the Social Studies Department. She previously served as Dean of Student.
Ms. Benameur graduated from the University of Paris-Jussieu in France with a Master’s Degree in American Civilization and a postgraduate Degree in comparative religion and women’s studies. Ms. Benameur has obtained two more Master’s Degrees, one in School Administration from Concordia University in 2012 and one in Secondary Education from Governors State University in 2022. She also holds a teaching certification from the State of Illinois.
